Piper goes to the beach

The weather's been a little warmer in the last two days, so we took advantage and brought Piper to the beach. She was a little nervous about the water at first, but after enticing her with a ball and a frisbee, she dove right in (well, more like ran in - she doesn't like to actually "swim" yet). Here's some photos from our trip. Too bad we don't have a photo of Beth chasing her across the beach when she tried to run away. We really need to work on that "come" command.

Piper is adorable! She's lucky to have such wonderful, caring "parents". I'm a dog lover too and do understand how much they add to our lives.

I'm also a parent to "human" children and can say that parenting is also difficult but in different ways. It is also far more rewarding than it is difficult!

I hope you continue to have fun with Piper and that I get to read more stories and see additional pics of her as she grows. :o)

She's so cute. I love her 'wet' look. Can't wait to see her play in the snow. Good luck with that "Come" command. Dogs have selective hearing too you know. Thanks for sharing!
